HCA decontare transport local/Refund public transportation

Stimati studenți,

Modalitatea de depunere a deconturilor pentru abonamentele la transportul în comun este:

1.  Înregistrare LUNARĂ a studenților care au de decontat  abonament aici;
2.  Predarea către șefii de grupă sau de an (cum decideți la nivel de fiecare an) a cererilor, însoțite de actele necesare în termen de 2 zile de la înregistrarea în aplicație;
3.  Aceste acte se vor preda la secretariat, lunar,de către șefii de grupă sau de an, până în data de 30/31 a lunii respective.

Acte necesare:
-    Cerere (aici)
-    Copie card de călătorie cu numele studentului și seria lizibile
-    Dovada efectuării plății (bon fiscal original/chitanță original/detalii tranzacție pentru plățile on-line)

Atenție la CNP și IBAN, dacă nu le introduceți corect în aplicație, banii nu vor putea fi transferați în conturile dvoastră.

The procedure for the refund for the public transportation passes is as follows:

1.   The MONTHLY filling out of this form;
2.   Turning in to the year or group students’ representative of the request along with the necessary documents within 2 days of filling out the form
3.   These documents will be turned in to the secretariat, on a monthly basis, by the year or group students’ representatives, until the 30^th/31^st of that month.

Necessary documents:

•   Request (here)
•   A copy of the travel card (with the name of the student and the number of the card legible)
•   Proof of payment (receipt/ on-line transaction details)

Please pay attention when entering your CNP and IBAN. If they are not entered correctly, the money cannot be transferred into the bank account. The CNP can be found on your residency permit. For those who do not yet have a residency permit, please leave the CNP field empty.
